Participants will learn why behaviors occur and strategies to help reduce and manage some of the most common challenges.

Bathing, Grooming, Dressing & Other Activities of Daily Living (ADL)

Participants will learn strategies to promote engagement in activities of daily living. This presentation will also address common challenges related to these ADL.

Engaging Individuals Living with Dementia in Activity

Participants will learn how to adapt the activity, the environment, and their communication to promote the individual's activity engagement.​

Providing lectures to occupational therapy programs (and beyond) on the role of occupational therapy in dementia care

Each presentation is offered at either a 1.5 or 3 hour length, with the longer version providing increased depth and opportunity for group discussion. If you prefer an alternate timeframe, please reach out to us directly to inquire!
